the room was spacious, well-priced, and had excellent air conditioning. the hotel is conveniently located near many attractions. there are also plenty of food options nearby, including an In-N-Out and Starbucks within walking distance.

clean - spacious, and great for families. Very close to local shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the self-service coffee machine in the room.

The staff was nice and the room was spacious.
I was charged full price for a stay I never had due to a gas leak. Loud highway noise and bright lights made it hard to sleep.

The suite had unexpected issues, with dirty linens and malfunctioning facilities, but the management was unprofessional and disrespectful. The evening staff seemed uninterested but the morning staff was friendly and helpful. Despite these drawbacks, the location was convenient and the rates were affordable. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and hassle-free. The staff, especially Robert, was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room, although not perfect, was clean and comfortable, providing good value for the price. The location was convenient, near major highways and within a short distance to downtown Dallas. The presence of a security guard made us feel safe during our late-night visits to the car.
The hotel could improve on their cleanliness standards, particularly with overflowing trash cans and bugs in the bathroom.

Great room with comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and useful amenities like refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Helpful and friendly staff, convenient location next to a restaurant.
Felt at home here, nothing to complain about.
